To keep your balloons looking good for as long as possible, please take into consideration the steps below:
- Keep balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places. As warm temperatures will expand the balloons, they can burst if exposed to heat for too long a period.
- Avoid very low temperatures as they can affect the float time of the balloon, balloons are best kept in comfortable room temperatures
- Keep the balloons away from open windows, doors and breezy spots as they can be blown against sharp objects and will burst.
- Handle the balloons with extreme care as they are delicate and make sure balloons are not near any sharp objects
12’ Chrome Balloon – 6 to 8 hours | 22’ Chrome Balloon – 16 to 24 hours
11’ Latex Balloons – 5 to 7 hours | 16’ Latex Balloons – 8 to 12 hours | 36’ Latex Balloons – 10 to 18 hours
24’ Foil Balloons – 3 to 6 days | 20’ Foil Balloons – 2 to 4 days | 18’ Foil Balloons – 1 to 3 days | 40’ Foil Balloons – 5 to 8 days
It’s important to care for your balloons so that their lifespans are maximised and don’t get deflated and droopy. If you follow the above instructions, your balloon can float for its maximum lifespan. The writing will bubble or wrinkle slightly after 24 to 48 hours as the balloon decreases in size, but do note this is part of the normal “ageing process” of the balloons and cannot be avoided.
